Dubai ( By : Suleman Jazib )  – Naved Ahmed, Chairman of Super Fix, announced that the highly-anticipated Super Fix Season 3 Tapeball Tournament will commence on December 24 at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Preparations for the global tournament are in full swing, with Arshad Anjum appointed as Professional Media Director. Anjum will provide his expertise  to support the Tournament.

At a dinner ceremony honoring renowned sports journalist Abdul Majid Bhatti, Naved Ahmed expressed his gratitude to the media community. The event, moderated by Hafiz Zahid Ali, brought together prominent journalists from Jang, Geo, ARY, and Khaleej Times.

Bhatti praised Super Fix’s global Tapeball Tournament, citing Pakistan’s successful cricket history with the format. “Pakistan’s national team practiced with Tapeball during their peak in 1988, and players like Shahid Afridi and Haris Rauf began their careers with Tapeball,” he said.

Naved Ahmed revealed his personal commitment to promoting Tapeball cricket globally, bearing all tournament expenses. “I aim to provide opportunities for young players and promote cricket’s growth,” he stated.

The UAE Cricket Board-approved tournament will feature 10 teams, including Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Oman, and the UAE.

Chairman Alabrahimi Group, Khan Zaman Sarwar, and Arshad Anjum also addressed the gathering, reaffirming their commitment to cricket’s promotion.
