Dubai-Over 60,000 people gathered at Dubai Expo City to mark Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day, making it the largest celebration of its kind globally. The event, organized by “Emirates Loves Pakistan” in collaboration with the Pakistan Association in Dubai and supported by Dubai Police, featured live performances by Pakistani superstars, cultural performances, and patriotic songs.
Record-Breaking Attendance
Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, exclaimed, “Welcome to the biggest show in town. 60,000-plus and counting,” highlighting the massive turnout. He added that this was the biggest Pakistan Independence Day celebration in the world, reflecting the strong bond between the UAE and Pakistan ¹.
Celebrating Unity and Brotherhood
H.HSheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, attended the event and emphasized the deep-rooted diplomatic, economic, and cultural ties between the two nations. “The UAE is proud to stand with Pakistan as a brother nation,” he said, praising the Pakistani community’s contributions to the UAE’s development and prosperity

The day-long program included

Strengthening UAE-Pakistan Relations
