  SEOUL: Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his willingness to visit soon when he met with North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui in Russia last week, North Korea’s official news agency KCNA reported on Sunday. Qatar and France have brokered a deal with Israel and Hamas to deliver urgent medication to some 45 Israeli hostages held by the group in Gaza in return for humanitarian and medical aid for the most vulnerable civilians.
