DUBAI (WAM) — The fourth edition of the Dubai Equestrian Forum will get under way on 19th October. Organised by Dubai Racing Club (DRC) and Dubai Equestrian Club and backed by the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation, Emirates Racing Authority, Emirates Equestrian Centre and Dubai Equine Hospital, this year’s day-long event will run from 9:00 to 18:00 at The Gallery, Meydan Grandstand.
The significance of the Dubai Equestrian Forum extends far beyond the borders of the UAE and has come to symbolise the deep connection between all forms of equestrian sports and the vibrant international community that supports it.
The Dubai Equestrian Forum is dubbed as ‘the forum that connects the equestrian world’ and over its three previous editions it has done just that: build bridges to connect the equine world. By serving as a conclave for manufacturers and service providers to unite with consumers under one roof, Dubai Equestrian Forum has provided lucrative opportunities for entities at both ends of the spectrum to network and conduct business.
Apart from a full-fledged exhibition featuring equine companies and service providers from all corners of the globe, this year’s forum has a conference and presentations pencilled in on its programme with an outstanding line-up of experts ready to educate and part with in-depth knowledge on all the latest developments in the industry. An array of state-of-the-art products and services and all the latest technological innovations in use within the industry are also expected to be on show during the forum.
Visitors will not only gain insights into these latest innovative products and services but also have the opportunity to directly interact with manufacturers and service providers and conduct business beneficial to all parties.
Horses have played an important role in the culture of the Arab nations and over the last few decades, the Gulf has housed some of the world’s biggest and best equestrian clubs that have evolved using organic and traditional methods. A majority of these leading equine clubs, stables, resorts, ranches and farms are expected to be represented at the Dubai Equestrian Forum 2023.
Major General Dr. Mohammed Essa Al Adhab, Board Member and the Executive Director of DRC, stated, “The forum has provided an opportunity for the entire equestrian community to meet and conduct its business in an organised manner and he welcomes the world once again to Dubai, a city that has evolved into the regional capital for equestrian sport to participate in the fourth Dubai Equestrian Forum.
“The main objective of hosting this event is to meet with various equestrian suppliers and procure products for our upcoming seasons.”
